Straight answers
Does Chairside text my clients on its own?
No, and that's on purpose. Chairside writes the text and opens your Messages app with her number and the words already filled in. You press send, from your number, into the thread she already has with you. No shortcode, no app for her to download.
Do I have to move my calendar?
No. Keep whatever you use. Logging a visit is the whole calendar: tap Booked on a nudge, or log the visit from her card, and her next due date moves on its own.
Do my clients see an app or a booking page?
Never. They get a normal text from the number they already text. Nothing to install, nothing to log into, nothing that reads like marketing.
What happens to my book if I cancel Pro?
Every client card, formula, note and visit stays right where it is. The morning email stops and the rebook numbers lock, and adding new clients past 25 waits until you're back on Pro. We never delete a card for downgrading.
